Sunrise members joined Rotary volunteers and Interactors at Children and Youth Day on October 4. Games, club information and time together brought Rotary’s community spirit into the tent.
Honolulu Sunrise members joined the Rotary volunteer effort at Children and Youth Day on October 4, 2026, taking part in a community celebration of Hawaiʻi’s keiki and young people.
Inside the Rotary tent, volunteers and Interactors came together around game tables and information about Rotary. Photos from the day show the team gathered together, a toy fishing game ready on a table, and volunteers alongside displays of club information.
The day offered a chance for adult Rotarians and young people in Interact to serve side by side. It is one of the ways Rotary brings generations together around a shared commitment to community.
Mahalo to our Sunrise volunteers, Interactors and fellow Rotarians for making time for Hawaiʻi’s keiki and families. People of Action begins with people who show up.
